Kollel Ohel Yosef of Yerushalayim is recognized as one of today's largest and most advanced forums for the study of Choshen Mishpat. The Kollel boasts over one hundred full time members most of whom are already ordained Dayanim. Newer members complete the entire Choshen Mishpat in ten years and receive proper ordination after completing this intense curriculum. Zichron Gershon represents the American study and service arm of the Bais HaVaad. It also serves as a training ground where aspiring Dayanim can develop before going on to serve the community. Kollel members work to obtain Yadin ordination as Dayanim from Halachic giants in Eretz Yisroel and abroad, as well as from the Rabbinic Counsel of the Bais HaVaad.
